Chalupsky Properties CC have been operating very successfully as commercial and industrial property brokers throughout Durban and its surrounding areas for approximately eleven years, firstly as Rees Chalupsky Properties CC and currently as Chalupsky Properties CC.

We pride ourselves on having negotiated lease and sale agreements with some of the largest multi-national companies in South Africa.  However, each and every client - however large or small - is assured of our best efforts at all times, to secure, lease or sell property on their behalf.
