Wayne Ashford, 46, has been with Chalupsky Properties for 12 years. Wayne handles the western region, including Pinetown, Westville, Hillcrest and beyond.
An avid canoeist and member of the Marine Life Saving Club, Wayne ran his own office automation business before getting into the property industry.
Wayne describes his area as "an eclectic mix of old and new", being established industrial and commercial nodes with new, modern areas adjunct to these. "The new stock is everything you need: clear span warehouses with no columns, good height, and easy access."
Wayne has a keen sense of humor and ascribes his success in business to a close relationship with landlords and developers. "I know my properties and I have a mature relationship with the landlords."
