Clive Dalton
Clive Dalton, 53, is the latest addition to the Chalupsky Properties Team. He handles the area North of Durban up to Ballito which has become the Midrand of KZN
Since joining Chalupsky in February 2011, Clive has been closely mentored by Herman to ensure that his knowledge of the property industry includes the same high ethics and standards of service that clients expect from Chalupsky Properties brokers.

Clive, who has a 15 year old son Kyle, moved to Kwa-Zulu Natal from Johannesburg in the early 80’s to study agriculture and never left. He then farmed for 15 years in Camperdown before moving into the wholesale meat business in KZN & JHB.
Clive went to St Andrews in Grahamstown and although he has played a lot of sport, run several marathons and done the Argus many times he admits to being a bun and Coke sportsman when compared to the other boys in the office and does not see himself doing the Dusi any time soon.
