Congratulations to Wayne Ashford, who celebrates 21 years with Chalupsky Properties.
Wayne joined Herman in the property business in 1996, after selling his office automation business. From a humble start as an intern Property Broker, Wayne is now a Principal Broker and a member of the company. Wayne and Herman had been friends for many years before and had a common interest in surf lifesaving having competed in many national lifesaving competitions and ski races.
Wayne has extensive knowledge of the industrial and commercial property industry, and is considered a market leader in his field. During his 21 years of property experience, Wayne has witnessed the vast expansion of property developments in the greater Durban area.
Today, he leads a team of brokers focusing on commercial and industrial properties in the Outer West, which includes Westville, New Germany, Pinetown, Westmead, Kloof and Hillcrest.
